Mr. Naisan is a Contracts Manager with over a decade of experience in contract administration across both domestic and international organizations. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management.

He began his career in procurement and has since advanced into senior-level roles managing the full contract lifecycle.

Mr. Naisan has worked with respected organizations such as Chemonics International, Counterpart International, and the International Republican Institute. His experience spans drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements, supporting proposal development, overseeing post-award compliance, and enhancing internal processes. He has supported projects funded by U.S. government agencies and international donors, contributing to both field and headquarters operations. Mr. Naisan is certified in USAID Contract Management and Procurement and is proficient in multiple contract management systems. He brings a collaborative, detail-oriented approach to every engagement.

Outside of work, he enjoys staying active, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
