Mr. Moiz is a partner with the Firm and leads its commercial Outside General Counsel program, corporate transactional, start up, and non-profit practice groups. Since joining the firm’s predecessor in 2009 as an associate, Ibrahim’s expertise has been instrumental in establishing the Firm as a trusted advisor for clients across information technology, healthcare tech, nonprofit, and FinTech sectors. 

A Michigan native, Ibrahim earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Michigan – Flint and graduated from Howard University School of Law in 2007. Following a judicial clerkship in Maryland, he transitioned to private practice, bringing a strategic approach to his legal career.

In addition to his role at Firm, Ibrahim has held prominent public service positions. Since 2013, he has served as Vice Chairman of Virginia’s Real Estate Board and held roles on Virginia’s Board of Funeral Directors and Embalmers, the Loudoun County Fiscal Impact Committee, and the Democratic Business Council of Northern Virginia. 

Currently, he is a member of the Loudoun County Board of Zoning Appeals and a the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce Public Policy Committee.

Mr. Moiz resides in Loudoun County, Virginia, with his wife, Sadaf, and their three daughters.
